The July Scouter will not be mailed out until July 15th and will include all information from July 15th through the month of August in it.
Earn the New News Reporter Patch. Is your troop gong on a high adventure? Has your Pack honored a great volunteer or is having an unusual Pack meeting? Does that Eagle Scout Project deserve some media attention? Or, do you have a good photo that tells your scouting story? Then tell the media about it and turn the article into the Winnebago Council to receive the Stop the Press Patch.

The Winnebago Scouter is published by the Service Center and is
delivered to all adult leaders in the council. The objective of the
Scouter is to supply leaders with the information they need to
present a quality program. Typical articles included in each issue
of the Scouter are:
