"A scout pays his way!" Winnebago Council offers Product sales to units to subsidize Unit Programs, activities and camping. Fall product Sale consist of Popcorn and Magazine Sales. Spring Product Sale consists of Candles. Candy Bar sales can take place anytime deemed appropriate by the unit leadership. Winnebago Council has exclusive selling rights to World's Finest Candy Bars in the month of March.
